On May 17, Zhao Kun, deputy general manager of Chinese steelmaking giant Baosteel Group, visited Xining, Qinghai Province-based Xining Special Steel.
During his visit, Mr. Zhao said Baosteel Group wishes to acquire Xining Special Steel, just like it acquired Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co.
