Cape Lambert increases expectation for Marampa iron ore output

Australian resources and investment company Cape Lambert Resources has raised its expectation for iron ore output from its Marampa project in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
 
Cape Lambert has doubled its expectation for annual iron ore output from its Marampa project due to its latest research on opencast mining. To date, its output expectation has increased from an initial 2 million mt per year to 10 million mt.
 
The Marampa iron ore project is a brownfield exploration project located near the township of Lunsar in Sierra Leone, and is being evaluated for the production of high-grade hematite iron ore concentrate
