China Shenhua Energy’s coal sales down 12.6 percent in Jan-Apr

Major Chinese coal mining company China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd has announced that its coal sales amounted to 135 million mt in the January-April period this year, down 12.6 percent year on year. In the given period, China Shenhua Energy produced 109.8 million mt of coal, down 1.8 percent year on year.

In April this year, China Shenhua Energy sold 35.6 million mt of coal, down 4.0 percent year on year, while it produced 27.3 million mt of coal, down 3.9 percent year on year.
