China’s raw coal output to decline to 3.6 billion mt in 2016

Amid the overall sluggishness seen in China’s coal industry, increasing losses are expected to be incurred by more coal enterprises in China. It is expected that China’s raw coal output will total 3.758 billion mt in 2015, down three percent year on year, according to a new report issued by Chinese news research portal www.qianzhan.com. The report in question states that China’s raw coal output is expected to decrease to 3.6 billion mt in 2016, down 4.2 percent year on year.
