EEC maintains AD on corrosion-resistant seamless pipes from China

The Department of Internal Market Protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has announced the preliminary results of its antidumping investigation on hot-deformed corrosion-resistant seamless pipes.

The ECC has decided to extend the antidumping duty on the given products from China in question until September 24, 2025. The duty, which was first introduced in 2019 and was expected to remain in place by January 31, 2025, is at 15.5 percent. Also, the investigation is expected to be completed within 12 months of the first initiation date.

The products currently fall under the codes 7304 49 100 0, 7304 49 930 1, 7304 49 930 9, 7304 49 950 1, 7304 49 950 9 and 7304 49 990 0.
