Klöckner Metals Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of Germany-based steel and metal producer and distributor Klöckner & Co., has announced that it has commissioned its new state-of-the-art laser cutting system at its Kaufungen site.

Considered to be the world’s largest and most powerful laser cutting system, the equipment will allow Klöckner to process steel and metal more precisely and efficiently, adding higher value to its services.

In particular, the new equipment optimizes the dimensional accuracy during steel and stainless steel cutting for mechanical engineering, automotive and agricultural machines industries, and expands processing options for sheet metal, metal and steel plates.
