India’s Jindal SAW Limited sees 5% decline in net profit in Q3 FY 2024-25

India’s Jindal SAW Limited, a producer of iron ore pellets and steel pipes, reported a consolidated net profit of INR 5.06 billion ($58.59 million) in the third quarter (October-December) of the fiscal year 2024-25, a decline of 5.02 percent year on year, according to a company statement on Monday, January 27.

The company reported total revenue of INR 52.71 billion ($619.61 million) in the given quarter, a fall of 6.8 percent year on year.

The company’s iron and steel pipes sales dropped by 2.5 percent year on year to 432,000 mt in the quarter in question.
