MOC: Average steel prices in China down slightly during Nov 25-Dec 1

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced that during the November 25-December 1 period this year the average finished steel prices in China indicated a slight decrease.

In the given period, the average prices of rebar, high-speed wire rod and welded steel pipe decreased by 0.6 percent, 0.4 percent and 0.4 percent week on week, respectively.                   

In the same period, the average prices of thermal coal, coking coal and smoke-free lump coal declined by 0.4 percent, 0.2 percent and 0.1 percent, respectively, week on week.
