Russia’s coal exports rise by 26.6 percent in January-November

According to the data issued by Russia's Ministry of Energy, in the January-November period of the current year Russia’s coal exports increased by 26.6 percent year on year to 190.45 million mt. In November alone, Russian coal exports amounted to 35.36 million mt, compared to 14.12 million mt recorded in the same month of the previous year.

Meanwhile, in the first 11 months Russia’s coal output rose by 6.6 percent year on year to 371.73 million mt, while in November alone the country’s coal production went up by 4.4 percent year on year to 35.36 million mt.
