S. Korea’s Dongkuk Steel introduces new large size steel beam

South Korean steelmaker Dongkuk Steel has announced that it has managed to produce a new steel beam in a large size at its Pohang plant.

Accordingly, the company has produced C-beams in 380 mm x 100 mm size, thereby contributing to improving its competitiveness and profitability. Also, with the help of this new achievement, Dongkuk Steel is now able to offer C-beams in different sizes such as 75 mm x 40 mm and 380 mm x 100 mm to its customers.

The product is widely used in girders in building constructions.
