South Korea’s new car registrations up 10 percent in Jan-May

In May this year, South Korea’s new car registrations advanced by 31.1 percent month on month and by 16.4 percent year on year to 28,189 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the January-May period this year, South Korean new car registrations grew by 10.0 percent year on year to 110,341 units.
