US CRC exports down 26.1 percent in November from October

According to export data from the US Department of Commerce, US exports of cold rolled coils totaled 68,578 mt in November last year, down 26.1 percent month on month and up 14.7 percent year on year. By value, CRC exports totaled $84.7 million in November, compared to $103.2 million in the previous month and $72.8 million in the same month of 2023.

The US shipped the most CRC to Mexico in November with 51,514 mt, compared to 67,154 mt in October and 41,230 mt in November of 2023. The other top destination was Canada with 16,043 mt. There were no other significant destinations (1,000 mt or more) for US CRC exports in November.
