US DOC issues final AD results for iron construction castings from three countries

On September 8, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced in the Federal Register the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty sunset reviews on certain iron construction castings from Brazil, Canada and China.

As a result of its expedited (120-day) reviews, the DOC has found that revocation of the antidumping duty orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping.

The DOC determined the following final dumping margins:
