The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has announced that it has initiated expiry reviews of the countervailing duties on hot rolled steel products from India, Indonesia, and Thailand, and of the antidumping duty orders on hot rolled steel products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine.

Accordingly, the ITC will determine whether revocation of the duties in question would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
