Vallourec Brazil, a subsidiary of France-based pipe manufacturer Vallourec, has announced that it has inked a pipe supply contract with Brazil’s largest integrated energy company Eneva.

Accordingly, Eneva will source over 4,000 mt of casings and tubes from Vallourec Brazil to produce onshore natural gas. Also, this low carbon and high-performance solution will be used in exploration and production development projects in the Brazilian states of Maranhão, Amazonas and Mato Grosso do Sul.

The Brazilian energy company operates 12 natural gas fields in the country, with an infrastructure capable of producing about six gigawatts of clean energy.
