Vietnam issues AD duty on PC strand from three countries

Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has announced that it has decided to apply antidumping measures on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) imported from Malaysia, Thailand and China.

The ministry found that PC strand imported from the given countries has been dumped, injuring the domestic industry. Hence, the antidumping duties on the given products from Malaysia, Thailand and China are in a range between 9.79 percent and 28 percent.
