Today, October 1, Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has issued its official rebar price at TRY 23,325/mt ($620/mt) ex-works. The supplier has also issued its wire rod price at TRY 23,325/mt ($620/mt) ex-works. Both long product prices include 10 percent VAT. The mill has hiked its rebar price by $10/mt today, while it has kept its wire rod price stable, against the backdrop of limited supply, issues with availability of rebar sizes, and the ongoing currency fluctuations.

Most mills in the Marmara and İzmir regions are offering rebar at $610-625/mt ex-works today, SteelOrbis has heard.

$1 = TRY 34.20
