Turkey’s ship scrap market remains stable

As Turkish mills revise their ship scrap procurement prices depending on their needs, the general price range remains stable at $365-375/mt, despite the fluctuations observed in the deep sea scrap segment.

In Turkey’s Izmir region, the ship scrap purchase prices of local steelmakers are as follows:
